The art of meditation consists of training the mind to focus, to relax, and to reconnect with the state of deep presence, serenity, and inner clarity that already resides within us. Practiced in religious, contemplative, or secular contexts, it fosters well-being and personal growth.

This meditation is rooted in the Tree of Primordial Origin, a symbol of the first source of life. It honors the elements that make up the Essence of existence and invites us to cultivate a harmonious spiritual self-governance, where each person acknowledges and embodies their own inner wisdom.
Inspired Meditation is oriented toward the understanding of our Self-Essence. It seeks to awaken and optimize our spiritual potential (light quotient) while facilitating a journey of inner discovery.
